The UNCCD has launched a global  campaign - called ‘Growing a World Wonder’ -  which aims to make the Great Green Wall famous around the world.

By creating a truly global movement, we can all take collective action to help ignite Africa's enduring dream of an 8000km world wonder across the Continent.

'Growing a world wonder' calls on global citizens everywhere to help spread the word, put pressure on governments and advocate for long-term investment.

The campaign harnesses the power of the creative industries including collaborations with artists, musicians, filmmakers, and global change makers.
